Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your Flaminia purchase. If the product is not right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of order delivery, as stipulated for online purchases in the European Union.
Return conditions
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on with your own underwear. We cannot accept returns of used, altered, or items without hygienic protection.

indicating the order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or order error.
Refund
Once the product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be issued within a few business days of the return being approved. Any crediting times may vary depending on the bank or payment method.
Defective or incorrect products
If you have received a defective product or one different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and your order number.
We will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
