These conditions govern the use of the website flaminiaswimwear.com and the purchase of products sold by Flaminia Swimwear by Flaminia Francia, with registered office in Via Giulia 110, 00186 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT IT02496500568.

By placing an order on the website, the customer declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

Flaminia Swimwear offers swimsuits, bikinis, and swimwear garments produced in small series.

Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly depending on the device used for viewing.

2. Prices

All prices indicated on the website are in euros and include VAT, where applicable.

Flaminia Swimwear reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time, without prior notice. Changes do not apply to orders already confirmed.

3. Orders

The order is considered confirmed after payment is completed and the confirmation email is received.

Flaminia Swimwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incomplete or incorrect data, product unavailability, obvious pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Payments

Available payment methods are indicated at checkout.

Payment must be completed at the time of order. All transactions are handled through secure platforms, and payment data is not directly stored by Flaminia Swimwear.

5. Shipping

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days from purchase confirmation.

Shipping within Italy is free for all orders. For international shipments, costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking link.

6. Duties and customs charges

For shipments outside the European Union, any duties, customs taxes, or import costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.

These costs are not dependent on Flaminia Swimwear and are not included in the product or shipping price.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

The customer may request a return within 14 days from order delivery, according to the regulations applicable to online purchases in the European Union.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tag, original packaging, and intact hygienic protection.

For hygienic reasons, swimsuits must be tried on while wearing personal underwear. Flaminia Swimwear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the stated conditions.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an order error.

8. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, Flaminia Swimwear will process the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

Crediting times may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.

9. Defective or incorrect products

If the customer receives a defective product or one different from the ordered item, they must contact Flaminia Swimwear within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and the order number.

In case of confirmed defect or error, Flaminia Swimwear will provide replacement or refund according to availability.

10. Legal warranty

Products sold by Flaminia Swimwear are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by Italian and European law. In Italy, for purchases made by consumers, the legal warranty covers defects of conformity for two years from the delivery of the goods.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, washing not in accordance with care instructions, rubbing against rough surfaces, or prolonged contact with aggressive substances.

11. Product care

The customer is invited to follow the care instructions indicated on the Materials & Care page and any instructions present on the product.

Proper maintenance helps preserve the color, elasticity, details, and fit of the garment over time.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, photographs, layout, and design, are the property of Flaminia Swimwear or used with authorization.

Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content without written authorization is prohibited.
